The "Turtle Helm" (Du. "colgaid Cruban") was a gift from Angmar to the Hillmen. It is made of steel, with a lining of Fell Beast hide. The exterior plates of green copper are shaped to form a turtle skin, giving the wearer the appearance of having a hideous turtle head.
