Five-sided, each ring has a rectangular glass inlay on each side, tinted one of the five colors of the Guild. They can locate Walcher's entries and other Guild artifacts, glowing more brightly as one nears such (starting at about five miles for a door or pentagram; much less for an item). They also open the doors: held forth, five beams of light fire from the ring, each of the five colors, converging on the center of the door as a white beam which shoots out along Ihe five door seams.
