Campsite kits are the main way to rest in Lands of Arda.
Campsite kits
Campsite kits are sold by many merchants throughout Arda. Use a kit to place a temporary campfire, then click the campfire to rest.
| Kit | Rests per campfire |
|---|---|
| Campsite Kit Small | 1 |
| Campsite Kit Medium | 2 |
| Campsite Kit Large | 3 |
Each rest uses up one charge from that campfire. Once all uses are gone, the campfire disappears. Campfires are also removed automatically after about 5 minutes.
Free rest areas
- Free rest areas are found in some safe locations, usually marked by bedrolls, tents, or campfires.
- While you are in one, use the Rest button to rest normally.
- These give you another way to rest without using a campsite kit.
Restrictions
- You cannot start resting during or shortly after combat.
- You cannot place a campsite kit too close to a doorway.
