The largest part of the infantry of the Chyan Empire is of bowmen, or Tirandazâ (Ch. Archers) only protected by large wattled shields. The rest of the infantry, whose function is to support the archers, is armed with spears and named Tizyarshti (Ch. "Holding a piercing spear"). The spears are made of Ang with a sharp top of Ithilnaur. They are enchanted with an everyburning fire and therefor called Adarfiroz (Ch. "Fire of victory").
